Phoenix defenceman, World champion and one of the best Russian defencemen Dmitry Kalinin signs two-year deal with Salavat Ulaev.

 

During 2004-2005 lockout season Kalinin spent with Metallurg Magnitogorsk.

 

From 2005 year Dmitry spent three seasons in Buffalo Sabres. Last year Dmitry played for New York Rangers and Phoenix Coyotes, notching 17 points in 73 games.
